Effectivity of Group Counseling Service with Transactional Analysis Approach to Decrease Difficulty Of Students Interpersonal Communication

This research background is based on preliminary study of SMAN 15 Padang students. the first discovery showed there were many students has difficulty in interpersonal communication; message delivery or unclear information and inproper receiving, delivered hurt other people, was also different mind opinion which caused conflict, less attitude implementery while comunicating. this aimed to (1) disclose differences communication experimental group before after joining counseling using transactional analysis approach, (2) difficulties analisis transaksional control grup counseling, (3) reveal who follow a approach with without special treatment. used quantitative method, chosen design quasi non-equivalent as model. There 10 groups experiment samples people for control. The sample purposive sampling. instrument that likert scale model, data analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Samples SPSS 26.00 version. result significant treatment treatment, given To conclude, more effective decrease students' difficulties.
